The founders, Ahmed and Fatima, drew inspiration from their cultural heritage and a desire to introduce the world to the incredible flavors of the Middle East. Combining traditional recipes with a modern twist, Biriynibro was launched as a small restaurant in 2010 and quickly gained a loyal following. Due to overwhelming demand, the brand expanded rapidly through franchising, and today, Biriynibro is a household name with a presence in cities around the globe.
